Burger King Employee Arrested For Assault

An argument between a Burger King employee and a drive-thru customer escalates to the arrest of the employee for assault. Police say 45-year old Burger King employee Timothy Suggs walked outside to confront the 18-year old drive thru customer, who was yelling that the Burger King female employee at the window taking their order was rude to them.

Police accuse Suggs of punching the 18 year old 7-8 times in the face and neck, and the victim punched him back.  The victim suffered five swollen knots on his head, redness under his right eye, a laceration on his chin, a split bottom lip, and redness to the sides of his neck.

Suggs reported minor injuries to his elbow, jaw, chin, and hand.  Officers cited and released Suggs for assault.
