Let’s all nap!! Thanks to the hard work that was published in the journal Heart, researchers found that swiss adults who took naps once or twice a week had a lower risk of heart problems, including heart disease and strokes.
Don’t ask why or how… But if you must know it’s because we’re basically not getting enough sleep at night and those beautiful naps are a good way to catch up a little bit and that little bit is good for your heart.
