Families everywhere have gotten into the Elf on a Shelf routine. We have quite a few adventures that our Elf (now Elves) had gone on and the mischief that they have caused.
The routine, for many, is that they elf is there to watch over the kids to make sure they are behaving, as they get closer to Santa’s big day. The rule is that you can’t touch the Elf, either, which makes it even more fun, so the adults get to have bit more fun.
Then there are the times that we, as parents, make a mistake and kind of ruin the surprise…then there are the parents who accidently kill their elves and have to quickly figure out what to do…like Chelsea Highwater. Chelsea cooked her elves…literally, but the results are hilarious.
Parents, take note.
