We have seen how with the advent of The Mandalorian, that Yoda has become a cultural icon again, as Baby Yoda. We met him as an aged wise man, who said things in a funny manner now he is seen as cute.
Well, if it worked for Yoda, it should work for The Staypuff Marshmallow Man too, right?
We shall see. A Godzilla-sized confection that was bent on destroying a city, has been downsized to be a cute bite-sized equivalent to the Sour Patch kids.
If you haven’t seen it yet, the original Ghostbusters franchise is finally on-track to make a comeback…and they are bringing back The Staypuff Marshmallow Man. The trailer shows the little guy as cute, until it bites Paul Rudd and the attack begins.
What happens next? Well, it looks like that won’t be answers until the new Ghostbusters: Afterlife comes out.
